Ideal for Wind Down Wednesdays! This class is designed to help you release stress, increase flexibility and reduce stiffness throughout your entire body. At the end of each class, you will stand taller; your body will feel lengthened; and your mind will be at ease as a result of the lengthening poses. Set to twilight or candlelight, season-dependent.
This 60 minute class is great to introduce new students to Barre, due to emphasis on keeping positions longer and perfecting form, while working your muscles to their max and getting the most intensity out of your workout. While there are no cardio bursts in this class, this workout remains as challenging for the newbie as the veteran student!
You’ll love this variation of our MIXT Barre class done AWAY from the barre. Focused on core strengthening using light weights, the ball, and the stretch band to intensely targets the core muscles. Based on Pilates movements, this full-body workout is set to upbeat music so it’s fast paced and packed with energy. Be ready to burn as you tone.
